The LT8491EUKJ is an industrial-grade, 80V, four-switch synchronous buck-boost charging control IC designed for high-voltage lithium-ion battery pack charging and power supply scenarios in humanoid robots. Its single-inductor architecture seamlessly adapts to fluctuating input voltages that are higher than, lower than, or equal to the battery voltage, perfectly meeting dual power supply requirements for robot fast-charging adapters and portable photovoltaic recharging systems.
The LT8491EUKJ supports both fixed-base fast charging and autonomous mobile photovoltaic self-charging solutions, simplifying robot power board design and reducing peripheral components. Charging parameters can be stored in on-chip EEPROM, eliminating repeated firmware debugging during mass production. Suitable for high-voltage power supply solutions in commercial service humanoid robots, industrial inspection humanoid robots, and educational humanoid robots.
