The LT8228HFE is a high-temperature-rated, bidirectional, synchronous 100V buck-boost DC-DC controller with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C. It is specifically designed for applications in humanoid robots, including high-voltage power batteries, joint actuators, and dual-power-supply energy exchange scenarios.
This controller supports wide-voltage (6-100V) bidirectional constant-voltage/constant-current regulation with automatic, seamless switching between buck and boost modes. This enables power supply via battery discharge and regenerative charging through kinetic energy recovery.
Applications
Ideal for high-voltage battery management in humanoid robots, converting 48V main power to multi-channel joint drives, gait energy recovery, and redundant backup power supply systems. Suitable for use in enclosed robot bodies and heat-generating leg joint modules.
