LTC4372IMS8 Integrated Circuit Chip Ideal Diode Controller with 500ns Reverse Blocking Response Low Quiescent Current and Wide Input Voltage Range 2.5V-80V

The LTC4372IMS8 is an industrial-grade, low-quiescent-current ideal diode controller in an 8-MSOP package. It features a reverse blocking response of just 500 ns, an operating quiescent current of 5 μA, and a shutdown current as low as 0.5 μA.

With a wide input voltage range of 2.5V-80V, this controller significantly reduces conduction power dissipation and heat generation when paired with an external N-channel MOSFET. It supports back-to-back MOSFET driving and incorporates surge suppression, load switching, and -28V reverse protection.

Operating stably over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, the LTC4372IMS8 is ideal for multi-battery redundant power supply in humanoid robots, power path management for joint drives, and seamless backup power switching scenarios.
