TEF8105EN/N1 Car Radar transceiver is a single-chip automotive FMCW radar transceiver for short-range, medium-range and long-range RADAR applications, covering the full carRADAR frequency band from 76 GHz to 81 GHz.

• Automotive junction Temperature Range -40°C up to 135°C

• Support cascading of TEF810X devices for Imaging Radar

• CSI-2, CIF, and LVDS Interface

• Developed in accordance with ISO 26262 SEoOC methodology. Supporting ASIL B applications

• Built-in functional safety monitoring circuit

• Low power dissipation < 1.2 W

• Very small footprint : 7.5mm x 7.5mm eWLB package with 15 x 15 sized Ball Grid Array (BGA)
