LTC7801IUFD High-Voltage Synchronous Step-Down DC DC Controller in QFN-24 Package

The LTC7801IUFD is a high-voltage, full N-channel synchronous buck controller housed in a compact 24-pin 4×5 mm QFN package. It operates within an industrial-grade wide temperature range (-40°C to 125°C) and is specifically designed for the first-stage buck conversion of 48V/72V high-voltage battery buses in humanoid robots, as well as for joint drive and computing boards.

This controller is optimized for the wide voltage drops typical of robotic batteries, dynamic and sudden load changes, confined mechanical spaces, extended runtime, and high-reliability motion applications.
