The LTM4659IV is a fully integrated ultra-small Silent Switcher®2 synchronous step-down µModule power regulator, optimized for low-voltage point-of-load power supply inside compact head, dexterous hand and miniature joint sub-boards of lithium battery powered humanoid robots. The complete power solution integrates switching controller, power MOSFETs, power inductor and all compensation components inside a tiny 4mm×4mm×1.43mm 25-ball LGA package, requiring only external ceramic input/output capacitors to complete power design.
