NRF31504-R16Q40 is members of the nRF31 series of entry level 2.4 GHz SoC devices. They combine a 2.4 GHz radio, a fast 8051 compatible CPU, mask ROM memory, and essential peripherals. The nRF31series is a perfect fit for entry level Human Interface Devices (HID), simple sensor node networks, and remote controlled toys.
