LTM4691EY is a fully integrated ultra-miniature dual-channel synchronous step-down µModule power regulator, optimized for ultra-compact dexterous hand, miniature joint and tiny sensor sub-boards of lithium battery powered humanoid robots. The complete power solution integrates PWM controller, power MOSFETs, power inductor and full internal compensation circuits inside a tiny 3mm×4mm×1.18mm low-profile LGA package, requiring only small external ceramic capacitors to realize dual independent low-voltage power rails.
