ACPL-P480-560ME is High CMR Intelligent Power Module and Gate Drive Interface Optocoupler.

ACPL-P480-560ME high-speed optocoupler contains an AlGaAs LED, a photo detector, and a Schmitt trigger that eliminates the requirement for external waveform conditioning circuits and the need for a pull-up resistor, which allows for a direct-drive Intelligent Power Module or gate drive.
