ACPL-M49T-500E is a single-channel, high temperature, high CMR, 20-kBd digital optocoupler, configurable as a low power, low leakage phototransistor, specifically for use in the automotive applications.
ACPL-M49T-500E has an increased common mode transient immunity of 15kV/µs minimum at VCM = 1500V over extended temperature range.
