RTL8197FS-VE4-CG is a highly- integrated and feature-rich 2T2R 802.11b/g/n WiSoC. It integrates a high performance 1GHz MIPS24Kc processor, 2T2R 802.11b/g/n MAC/BB/RF, PCI Express, five-port Fast Ethernet switch with RGMII, USB2.0 controller, DRAM and flash memory controller, and useful peripheral interfaces.
