SGM66099B-ADJYG Integrated Circuit Chip Synchronous Boost Converter Step-Up Regulators

The SGM66099B-ADJYG is an ultra-low quiescent current synchronous Boost converter with 1.15V to 5.2V operation input voltage, making it suitable for Li-Mn battery, NiMH and Li-Ion rechargeable batteries.

With a typical quiescent current of 1.7μA, this converter maximizes light load efficiency and extends battery operation time. It can deliver 300mA output current from 3.3V to 5V conversion, achieving up to 93% efficiency at 200mA load.

The device features a down mode where the desired output voltage is regulated even when input voltage is higher than the output. When the input voltage is 300mV above the output voltage set point, the device enters pass-through mode.
