The VIPER28HDTR is a high-voltage converter that integrates an 800V rugged power MOSFET with PWM current-mode control. This IC meets stringent energy-saving standards with low consumption and burst mode operation under light load conditions.

The device features an adjustable extra power timer (EPT) that enables sustained operation during overload conditions. With integrated HV startup, sense FET, and oscillator with jitter, the VIPER28HDTR minimizes component requirements in applications.
