MOTIX™ TLE7184F is a system IC with 3-phase driver and an integrated 5V Vreg-controller to power a MCU.

The MOTIX™ TLE7184F is a system IC for Brushless Motor Control. It incorporates a voltage supply for a µC, a bridge driver for a B6 configuration, and an application typical PWM interface. Its exposed pad package allows usage even at high ambient temperatures.
