The AMC7834IRTQR is a highly-integrated, low-power, analog monitoring and control solution for power-amplifier (PA) biasing with temperature, current and voltage supervision capabilities.

This IC integrates a multi-channel 12-bit ADC, eight 12-bit DACs, four high-side current-sense amplifiers, temperature sensors, GPIO ports, and an internal reference. Its high level of integration reduces component count and simplifies PA-biasing system designs.
