The CXDQ2BFAM-CE-B is a DDR4 memory chip manufactured using advanced semiconductor processes. This product features a capacity of 4GB (4Gb x 16), supports a data transfer rate of 2400Mbps, operates at a voltage of 1.2V, and utilises a 78-BGA standard package. Its operating temperature range covers commercial-grade application requirements from 0°C to 95°C.

The CXDQ2BFAM-CE-B supports the DDR4-2400 standard, achieving a data transfer rate of 2400Mbps. Compared to the previous-generation DDR3 products, it delivers a significant bandwidth increase, effectively meeting the stringent memory bandwidth demands of modern computing systems. By employing a double data rate architecture, data transfer occurs on both the rising and falling edges of the clock cycle, enabling higher operational efficiency.
