AD5304ARMZ Quad 8-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5304ARMZ is a quad, 8-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that operates from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply. The A grade provides plus or minus 1 LSB integral nonlinearity across four independent channels in a 10-lead MSOP.

Each output has a rail-to-rail amplifier, and the reference input sets the full-scale span. Supply current is 500 uA at 3 V and 600 uA at 5 V, allowing the device to remain active in portable systems without a significant power penalty.

A low power three-wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI and DSP standards programs all channels, and a power-on reset circuit holds the outputs at zero scale until a valid write. The AD5304ARMZ suits multi-channel trim, offset correction and level setting in industrial and consumer equipment.

Because AD5304 devices are pin and software compatible within each package group, a design can move between AD5304 variants without rewriting firmware.
