MK10DN512VLL10 Integrated Circuit Chip 32-Bit Microcontroller 512 KB Flash LQFP-100 MCU

The MK10DN512VLL10 is a 32-bit microcontroller built on a high performance RISC core running up to 100 MHz, with 512 KB of program flash and 128 KB of SRAM on the same die. The 100-pin LQFP body exposes enough general purpose I/O for motor control, instrumentation and industrial control boards.

Flash memory is organised with a flexible protection scheme, so boot code, application code and calibration data can be kept in separate protected regions. Error correction on flash and a watchdog timer keep the MK10DN512VLL10 running predictably in electrically noisy cabinets.

On-chip peripherals include a 16-bit analog to digital converter with multiple channels, several UART, SPI and I2C serial ports, timers with pulse width modulation outputs and a DMA controller that moves data without core intervention. These blocks cover sensing, communication and actuation on a single part.
