AD5372BCPZ 32-Channel 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 64-Lead LFCSP

The AD5372BCPZ is a 32-channel, 16-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter designed for high channel count analogue systems that need fine resolution. Every channel is guaranteed monotonic to 16 bits and includes a programmable gain and offset adjust register for system calibration.

Outputs can span up to four times the reference voltage, with a nominal range of -4 V to +8 V. The device operates from VSS between -16.5 V and -4.5 V and VDD between 9 V and 16.5 V, and the output amplifiers require 1.4 V of headroom at 1 mA load current.

The AD5372BCPZ provides a high speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards at up to 50 MHz, and all outputs can be updated simultaneously by taking LDAC low. Supplied in a 64-lead LFCSP measuring 9 mm x 9 mm with exposed pad, it suits compact ATE and instrumentation boards.
