AD5372BSTZ 32-Channel 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 64-Lead LQFP

The AD5372BSTZ is a 32-channel, 16-bit, voltage output digital-to-analog converter with a serial input, built for multi-channel systems requiring both resolution and channel density. Each output is monotonic to 16 bits and has dedicated gain and offset adjust registers for in-system calibration.

The output amplifier stage delivers a nominal -4 V to +8 V span and can reach four times the applied reference. Supplies may range from -16.5 V to -4.5 V on VSS and 9 V to 16.5 V on VDD, with 1.4 V headroom required at 1 mA output current.

A high speed serial port is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP interfaces and supports clock rates up to 50 MHz, and all DAC outputs can be updated at once through the LDAC pin. The AD5372BSTZ is offered in a 64-lead LQFP measuring 10 mm x 10 mm, suited to leaded assembly lines.
