AD5373BSTZ 32-Channel 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 64-Lead LQFP

The AD5373BSTZ is a 32-channel, 14-bit, voltage output digital-to-analog converter with a serial input, matching the 16-bit AD5372 pin for pin at 14-bit resolution. Every channel is guaranteed monotonic and carries programmable gain and offset registers for system calibration.

Each output is gained and buffered on chip with respect to an external SIGGND input, producing a nominal -4 V to +8 V span and up to four times the reference voltage. The device runs from VSS of -16.5 V to -4.5 V and VDD of 9 V to 16.5 V, with 1.4 V output headroom at 1 mA.

A high speed serial interface supports SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP formats at up to 50 MHz, and all DAC registers can be updated simultaneously by taking LDAC low. Supplied in a 64-lead LQFP measuring 10 mm x 10 mm, the AD5373BSTZ is suited to ATE and industrial boards assembled on leaded processes.

The AD5373 family covers several resolution, reference and package options. Because AD5373 devices are pin and software compatible within each package group, a design can move between AD5373 variants without rewriting firmware.
