AD5045BRUZ Dual 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 14-Lead TSSOP

The AD5045BRUZ is a dual, 14-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that operates from a single 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply. Each channel has its own voltage reference pin, so the two outputs can use different spans for maximum flexibility, and relative accuracy is specified at plus or minus 1 LSB INL.

The device includes a reference buffer on chip and a power-on reset circuit that sets the outputs to zero scale or midscale until a valid write occurs. Power-down reduces consumption to typically 400 nA at 5 V, with per-channel power-down available, and the part can be returned to normal operation over the serial interface.

A three-wire, low power Schmitt-trigger serial interface operates at clock rates up to 50 MHz and is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards. Supplied in a 14-lead TSSOP, the AD5045BRUZ is intended for precision dual-channel control in instrumentation and industrial equipment.
