AD5065ARUZ Dual 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 14-Lead TSSOP

The AD5065ARUZ is a dual, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply. It offers 16-bit relative accuracy of plus or minus 1 LSB with individual reference pins for the two channels, allowing separate output spans in the same package.

An on-chip reference buffer and rail-to-rail output amplifiers complete the signal chain, while a power-on reset circuit holds the outputs at zero scale or midscale until the first valid write. Per-channel power-down lowers consumption to typically 400 nA at 5 V, and the outputs can be re-enabled over the serial interface.

The AD5065ARUZ uses a versatile three-wire serial interface with Schmitt-triggered inputs that runs at up to 50 MHz and is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP ports. Housed in a 14-lead TSSOP, it targets high resolution dual-channel control in test, instrumentation and industrial systems.
