AD5064ARUZ-1 Quad 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 14-Lead TSSOP

The AD5064ARUZ-1 is a quad, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply. The -1 version integrates the reference, so four accurate 16-bit outputs are available without an external reference device, and relative accuracy is plus or minus 1 LSB INL.

Each channel has its own output amplifier with rail-to-rail swing, and three power-down functions plus per-channel power-down reduce consumption when outputs are not needed. A power-on reset circuit sets the outputs to zero scale until a valid write is received, preventing unwanted transients at startup.

A high speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards supports clock rates up to 50 MHz, and all four DAC registers can be updated together. Supplied in a 14-lead TSSOP, the AD5064ARUZ-1 suits compact multi-channel control in instrumentation and industrial systems.
