AD5064BRUZ Quad 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 16-Lead TSSOP

The AD5064BRUZ is a quad, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that runs from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply. In this version the reference is supplied externally, giving the designer freedom to choose the output span, while relative accuracy remains plus or minus 1 LSB INL.

All four outputs include rail-to-rail amplifiers capable of driving loads directly. Three power-down functions and per-channel power-down cut supply current when channels are idle, and a power-on reset circuit holds the outputs at zero scale until a valid write occurs.

The device is controlled by a high speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards at up to 50 MHz, with simultaneous update of all DAC registers. Packaged in a 16-lead TSSOP, the AD5064BRUZ suits multi-channel control where a common external reference is already available.
