AD5064BRUZ-1 Quad 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 14-Lead TSSOP

The AD5064BRUZ-1 is a quad, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter with an on-chip reference, operating from a 4.5 V to 5.5 V supply. The integrated reference removes an external component and keeps relative accuracy at plus or minus 1 LSB INL across all four channels.

Each output has a rail-to-rail amplifier able to drive a load directly, and three power-down functions plus per-channel power-down reduce current in idle channels. A power-on reset circuit sets the outputs to zero scale at power-up and holds them until a valid write arrives.

The AD5064BRUZ-1 is programmed through a high speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards up to 50 MHz, with simultaneous update of all DAC registers. The 14-lead TSSOP package makes it a compact complete analogue output block for instrumentation and industrial control.

The AD5064 family covers several resolution, reference and package options. Because AD5064 devices are pin and software compatible within each package group, a design can move between AD5064 variants without rewriting firmware.
