AD5645RBCPZ Quad 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead LFCSP

The AD5645RBCPZ is a quad, 14-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter with an on-chip 2.5 V reference specified at 10 ppm/degrees C. Operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply, it delivers four rail-to-rail outputs in a 3 mm x 3 mm, 10-lead LFCSP.

The device includes a power-on reset circuit that brings the outputs to 0 V or midscale depending on the POR pin, and each channel has its own power-down mode for current saving. The precision output amplifiers swing rail to rail, making full use of the available supply range.

Control is through an I2C-compatible serial interface supporting standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes, so four 14-bit channels can share a two-wire bus. The AD5645RBCPZ targets programmable voltage and current sources, offset trimming and compact multi-channel control in portable and industrial equipment.

The AD5645 family covers several resolution, reference and package options. Because AD5645 devices are pin and software compatible within each package group, a design can move between AD5645 variants without rewriting firmware.
