The AD5645RBRUZ is a quad, 14-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter with an on-chip 2.5 V reference specified at 5 ppm/degrees C. It operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and provides four rail-to-rail outputs in a 14-lead TSSOP.

A power-on reset circuit sets the outputs to 0 V or midscale according to the POR pin and holds them until a valid write is received. Each channel can be individually powered down to save current, and the precision output amplifiers drive loads directly with rail-to-rail swing.

The I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes. With the tighter 5 ppm/degrees C reference of the TSSOP version, the AD5645RBRUZ suits multi-channel instrumentation and industrial control where reference drift must stay low over temperature.

The AD5645 family covers several resolution, reference and package options. Because AD5645 devices are pin and software compatible within each package group, a design can move between AD5645 variants without rewriting firmware.
