AD5363BSTZ 8-Channel 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 52-Lead LQFP

The AD5363BSTZ is an 8-channel, 14-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter with a nominal output range of -10 V to +10 V. Each channel is guaranteed monotonic and includes programmable gain and offset registers, so channel errors can be corrected in system.

The device operates from a wide bipolar supply, with VSS from -16.5 V to -4.5 V and VDD from 8 V to 16.5 V, and the output amplifiers require 1.4 V headroom at 1 mA load current. A temperature monitoring function and a channel monitoring multiplexer allow the host to check die temperature and each output through the serial port.

A high speed serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards handles clocks up to 50 MHz, and all outputs can be updated simultaneously via LDAC. Supplied in a 52-lead LQFP, the AD5363BSTZ suits industrial level setting, ATE and instrumentation that need a compact octal high voltage DAC.
