AD5627BCPZ Dual 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead LFCSP

The AD5627BCPZ is a dual, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Both outputs use rail-to-rail amplifiers, and the reference is supplied from an external pin, allowing the output span and accuracy to be set by the system reference.

The device includes a power-on reset circuit that brings the outputs to zero scale and holds them there until a valid write occurs, plus per-channel power-down for current saving. The I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes, so two 12-bit channels share a two-wire bus.

Supplied in a 10-lead LFCSP measuring 3 mm x 3 mm, the AD5627BCPZ targets programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators, offset trimming and compact dual-channel control in portable and industrial equipment.

The AD5627 family covers several resolution, reference and package options. Because AD5627 devices are pin and software compatible within each package group, a design can move between AD5627 variants without rewriting firmware.
