AD5627BRMZ Dual 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5627BRMZ is a dual, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Each channel has a rail-to-rail output amplifier, and an external reference pin sets the full-scale output for both DACs.

A power-on reset circuit sets the outputs to zero scale at power-up and holds them until a valid write is received, while per-channel power-down reduces supply current when a channel is idle. The I2C-compatible interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes.

Supplied in a 10-lead MSOP, the AD5627BRMZ is intended for programmable voltage and current sources, programmable attenuators, offset trimming and compact dual-channel control loops where a leaded package is preferred.

Because AD5627 devices are pin and software compatible within each package group, a design can move between AD5627 variants without rewriting firmware.
