AD5627RBRMZ-2 Dual 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5627RBRMZ-2 is a dual, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. This version uses the 1.25 V on-chip reference, giving a 2.5 V full-scale output with a reference drift of 5 ppm/degrees C.

Both outputs have rail-to-rail amplifiers, and a power-on reset circuit sets them to zero scale until a valid write is received. Per-channel power-down reduces supply current in idle channels, while the reference remains available for the active channel.

The I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes, allowing two 12-bit channels to share a two-wire bus. Supplied in a 10-lead MSOP, the AD5627RBRMZ-2 targets low voltage control loops, offset trimming and portable instrumentation.
