AD5667BCPZ Dual 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead LFCSP

The AD5667BCPZ is a dual, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Both outputs use rail-to-rail amplifiers, and the reference is supplied from an external pin so the system reference sets the output span and absolute accuracy.

A power-on reset circuit brings the outputs to zero scale at power-up and holds them until a valid write occurs. Per-channel power-down reduces current when a channel is idle, and the device returns to normal operation through the serial interface.

The I2C-compatible interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes, so two 16-bit channels share a two-wire bus. Supplied in a 10-lead LFCSP measuring 3 mm x 3 mm, the AD5667BCPZ is intended for precision dual-channel control in instrumentation and industrial equipment.
