AD5667RBRMZ-2 Dual 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5667RBRMZ-2 is a dual, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that runs from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It uses the 1.25 V on-chip reference, giving a 2.5 V full-scale output with 5 ppm/degrees C drift.

Rail-to-rail output amplifiers drive loads directly, while a power-on reset circuit holds both outputs at zero scale until a valid write arrives. Per-channel power-down lowers supply current when a channel is not required.

An I2C-compatible interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes, keeping bus wiring to two lines. Packaged in a 10-lead MSOP, the AD5667RBRMZ-2 suits low voltage precision control in portable and industrial instruments.
