AD5623RACPZ-5 Dual 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead LFCSP

The AD5623RACPZ-5 is a dual, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The A grade is combined with the 2.5 V on-chip reference in this version, producing a 5 V full-scale output with 5 ppm/degrees C drift.

The reference can be selected as internal or external, with the external path the default at power-up, so a system reference can be used when tighter accuracy is needed. Both outputs have rail-to-rail amplifiers, and power-on reset holds them at zero scale until a valid write.

The I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes, and each channel can be powered down independently. Supplied in a 3 mm x 3 mm, 10-lead LFCSP, the AD5623RACPZ-5 suits 5 V control loops and instrumentation.
