AD5623RBCPZ-3 Dual 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead LFCSP

The AD5623RBCPZ-3 is a dual, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. This B grade version pairs with the 1.25 V on-chip reference, setting a 2.5 V full-scale output at 5 ppm/degrees C drift.

The reference source is user-selectable between internal and external, with external default at power-up for systems that supply their own reference. Both outputs are buffered rail to rail, and a power-on reset circuit holds them at zero scale until a valid write.
