AD5623RBRMZ-5 Dual 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5623RBRMZ-5 is a dual, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that runs from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It combines the B grade with the 2.5 V on-chip reference, giving a 5 V full-scale output at 5 ppm/degrees C drift.

Internal or external reference operation is user selectable, and the external path is the default at power-up, allowing an external reference when the application needs a different span. Outputs are buffered rail to rail, and power-on reset sets them to zero scale until a valid write.
