AD5647RBCPZ Dual 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead LFCSP

The AD5647RBCPZ is a dual, 14-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. An on-chip reference with 5 ppm/degrees C drift supports both channels, removing an external reference from the bill of materials.

The reference is available in 1.25 V and 2.5 V versions, setting the full-scale output to match the system. A power-on reset circuit holds both outputs at zero scale until the first valid write, and per-channel power-down reduces current in idle channels.

The I2C-compatible interface runs at standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz or high speed 3.4 MHz, so the two 14-bit channels share a two-wire bus. Supplied in a 3 mm x 3 mm, 10-lead LFCSP, the AD5647RBCPZ suits precision control in optical, instrumentation and portable equipment.
