AD5647RBRMZ Dual 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5647RBRMZ is a dual, 14-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It includes an on-chip 5 ppm/degrees C reference available in 1.25 V and 2.5 V versions, covering both 3.3 V and 5 V output ranges.

Both outputs use rail-to-rail amplifiers, and a power-on reset circuit sets them to zero scale until a valid write is received. Per-channel power-down allows one channel to be switched off while the other continues to drive its load.

An I2C-compatible serial interface supports 100 kHz, 400 kHz and 3.4 MHz modes. Packaged in a 10-lead MSOP, the AD5647RBRMZ targets instrumentation, optical control and portable systems that prefer a leaded package.
