AD5644RBRMZ-3 Quad 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5644RBRMZ-3 is a quad, 14-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. This version uses the 1.25 V on-chip reference, giving a 2.5 V full-scale output with 5 ppm/degrees C drift across all four channels.

Each output has a rail-to-rail amplifier able to drive a load directly, and the reference can be selected as internal or external, with external default at power-up. A power-on reset circuit holds the outputs at zero scale until a valid write, and each channel can be powered down independently.

The I2C-compatible serial interface supports standard 100 kHz, fast 400 kHz and high speed 3.4 MHz modes. Supplied in a 10-lead MSOP, the AD5644RBRMZ-3 suits multi-channel trim, bias and control in portable and industrial equipment.
