AD5644RBRMZ-5 Quad 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5644RBRMZ-5 is a quad, 14-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that runs from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It uses the 2.5 V on-chip reference, producing a 5 V full-scale output with 5 ppm/degrees C drift on all four channels.

Outputs are buffered rail to rail, and the reference source is user-selectable between internal and external, with the external path default at power-up. Power-on reset sets the outputs to zero scale until a valid write, and per-channel power-down saves current when a channel is unused.
