AD5304BRMZ Quad 8-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5304BRMZ is a quad, 8-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a 2.5 V to 5.5 V supply. The B grade improves linearity to plus or minus 0.625 LSB INL, giving tighter channel-to-channel accuracy for calibration tasks.

Four rail-to-rail output amplifiers are included, with the output span set by the reference pin. Supply current is 500 uA at 3 V and 600 uA at 5 V, keeping the device suitable for portable and low power designs.

Programming is done through a low power three-wire serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI and DSP standards. A power-on reset circuit holds all outputs at zero scale until a valid write.
