AD5320BRTZ 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 6-Lead SOT-23

The AD5320BRTZ is a single-channel, 12-bit, rail-to-rail voltage output digital-to-analog converter supplied in a 6-lead SOT-23. It operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply with the reference derived from the supply rail.

The part draws 140 uA at 5 V, which keeps it suitable for battery-powered handheld equipment. Its low power serial interface has Schmitt-triggered inputs and works with SPI, QSPI and DSP control lines.
