AD5624BCPZ Quad 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead LFCSP

The AD5624BCPZ is a quad, 12-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that operates from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. Four rail-to-rail outputs are provided in a 10-lead LFCSP measuring 3 mm x 3 mm, with monotonic behaviour guaranteed by design.

Relative accuracy is plus or minus 12 LSB maximum, and the device draws 450 uA, keeping it suitable for portable and densely packed systems. Each channel has its own power-down mode so unused outputs can be disabled.

The serial interface operates at clock rates up to 50 MHz and is compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards. Housed in a 3 mm x 3 mm LFCSP, the AD5624BCPZ suits multi-channel bias, gain trim and control in instrumentation and industrial equipment.
