AD5664BRMZ Quad 16-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 10-Lead MSOP

The AD5664BRMZ is a quad, 16-bit, buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter that runs from a 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The B grade is intended for designs that need tighter 16-bit linearity across four channels in a small package.

Each output has a rail-to-rail amplifier and can be powered down individually, while the device draws 450 uA when all channels are active. An external reference input sets the output span to match the system.

The serial interface supports SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP formats at clock rates up to 50 MHz. Packaged in a 10-lead MSOP, the AD5664BRMZ fits high resolution multi-channel trim and calibration in instrumentation and industrial equipment.
