AD5391BCPZ-3 16-Channel 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 64-Lead LFCSP

The AD5391BCPZ-3 is a 16-channel, 12-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a single 3 V or 5 V supply. The -3 version uses the 1.25 V on-chip reference, and the device is specified at plus or minus 1 LSB maximum INL.

Sixteen buffered outputs are packed into a 64-lead LFCSP measuring 9 mm x 9 mm with exposed pad, so a complete multi-channel analogue output array fits on a compact board without external reference or amplifier components.
