AD5391BCPZ-5 16-Channel 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 64-Lead LFCSP

The AD5391BCPZ-5 is a 16-channel, 12-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter that runs from a single 3 V or 5 V supply. The -5 version carries the 2.5 V on-chip reference at 10 ppm/degrees C, giving a wider output span than the -3 variant.
