AD5391BSTZ-3 16-Channel 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 52-Lead LQFP

The AD5391BSTZ-3 is a 16-channel, 12-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a single 3 V or 5 V supply. This -3 version uses the 1.25 V on-chip reference and offers plus or minus 1 LSB maximum INL.

The device provides sixteen buffered outputs in a 52-lead LQFP measuring 10 mm x 10 mm, giving a leaded alternative to the LFCSP version for inspection and rework. The on-chip 10 ppm/degrees C reference removes an external reference device.

Programming is through a serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP ports, with operation specified from -40 degrees C to +85 degrees C. The AD5391BSTZ-3 is intended for multi-channel level setting in industrial, instrumentation and test equipment.
