AD5391BSTZ-5 16-Channel 12-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 52-Lead LQFP

The AD5391BSTZ-5 is a 16-channel, 12-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a single 3 V or 5 V supply. The -5 version provides the 2.5 V on-chip reference at 10 ppm/degrees C for a wider full-scale span.

Sixteen buffered outputs are housed in a 52-lead LQFP measuring 10 mm x 10 mm, and the device is specified at plus or minus 1 LSB maximum INL. The integrated reference saves board space and removes a source of drift error.
