AD5390BCPZ-3 16-Channel 14-Bit Voltage Output DAC Integrated Circuit Chip 64-Lead LFCSP

The AD5390BCPZ-3 is a 16-channel, 14-bit, serial input, voltage output digital-to-analog converter operating from a single 3 V or 5 V supply. This -3 version uses the 1.25 V on-chip reference and is specified at plus or minus 4 LSB maximum INL.

Sixteen buffered outputs are integrated in a 64-lead LFCSP measuring 9 mm x 9 mm with exposed pad, with the 10 ppm/degrees C reference on chip. The result is a complete 14-bit multi-channel output stage that needs no external amplifier or reference.

A serial interface compatible with SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP standards handles device control, and the part is specified from -40 degrees C to +85 degrees C. The AD5390BCPZ-3 fits automatic test equipment, instrumentation and industrial level-setting systems.
